Canon Capital Payroll Services is committed to looking for ways to enhance and improve the service we provide you.  We are pleased to offer ViewChoice, a great service that will help you with your payroll record keeping needs.  

With ViewChoice, you can access vital payroll data quickly and easily in the comfort and privacy of your own office or even from a computer at home.  ViewChoice runs right from the CD, no software needs to be installed.  No more trips to storage, fumbling through the filing cabinet, or waiting for copies to be delivered by mail. This CD also serves as a convenient, space saving archive for answering future questions that may arise.

Because of ViewChoice's flexibility, we are able to create a CD that meets your needs.  We can copy your payroll reports, quarterly returns, W2's, annual returns and transmittals, check and voucher stubs, and/or check history information by employee.  A ViewChoice CD can be created for you on a per payroll, monthly, quarterly, or annual basis.
